Support Roll for Good
Every gift goes to the work in front of us: starting clubs, putting boards in classrooms, and bringing experienced players to the youth learning the game.
Every gift goes to the work in front of us: starting clubs, putting boards in classrooms, and bringing experienced players to the youth learning the game.
Backgammon teaches strategic thinking, patience, and how to handle chance and setbacks. Roll for Good takes it into schools, youth organizations, and community centers in underserved communities, with the United States Backgammon Federation and the World Backgammon Federation alongside us. Your support is what lets a club open its doors.
Backgammon belongs to everyone. Your gift makes that true for one more classroom.
Roll for Good is funded independently from the Backgammon.com product. Contributions go to the program itself.
Club startup grants. Startup funding so a school or youth organization can open a backgammon club without a financial barrier.
Boards and teaching materials. A set of physical boards and a full suite of teaching materials for every partner school and community center.
Player instruction. Lectures, workshops, and mentoring from experienced players, brought into classrooms and club sessions through our federation partners.
There is no minimum. Every contribution of money, time, or expertise moves a club forward.
Give once or monthly. A one-time gift or a recurring one. Recurring gifts let us plan the next round of club grants.
Sponsor a club. Fund one school or youth organization from its startup grant through boards, materials, and instruction, and follow that club's progress.
Partner with us. Foundations, corporate donors, and grant makers: we will share program details and plans on request.
Choose the level that fits. Every tier funds real clubs, boards, and instruction for young players, and recognition stacks as you climb: each tier includes everything in the tiers below it.
